running 40 years ago, by acquiring one of the oldest
dairies of Arcadia.
ln 2010 we issued full modernization of our facilities,
ensuring excellent conditions of hygiene, certified with
ISO:22000 system.
Combining highly modern technology with traditional
techniques, we produce delicious dairy products of
exceptional quality, continuing worthily the art of our
ancestors.
Our products: Graνiera (sheep's milk), Shepherd's cheese
(white cheese in brine sheep's milk), Mizithra, Traditional
sheep yogurt, traditional goat yogurt, strained yogurt and
sour cream.
