In 1920 Konstantinos Triantafillou opened the first family owned cake
store and factory.
During that time Nikos Triantafillou was born who quickly developed a
talent for cake and sweets making, after studing and becoming an
instructor in the art of cake making in Athens; was the first to bring to
Ioannina the eclairs, horn or korne, millefeuille (one thousand leafs) the
melomakarona, and Vasilopita which were new for Ioannina, was the first
to make the famous spoon sweets made from a large range of fruits.
The rains were passed to the two sons Gregoris and Sotiris and for the
last ten year Gregoris' children have taken over the management and
running of the family business as a fourth generation operators blending
and brining together the "old" with the "new" ideas and recipes.
Currently the 800sqm modern manufacturing facilities form part of the
Nikolaos and Tatiana Triantafillou AE company's operational facilities.
The production of baklava, spoon sweets, cakes and other variety of
cakes and sweets are made locally.
The company has all ISO; HACCP and FDA approvals for exporting
purposes.

Taste our Organic reds made by international Merlot and
famous Domestic Xinomauro 5000-6000 kgr/hectare, and
whites from Organic Sauvignon Blanc, 4000-5000 kgr/hectare,
which are under constant work and supervision by our family
from the vineyards, harvest, vinification, up until bottling.
Aromatic whites with body, reds fermented for 40 days with the
skins and seeds for getting the whole tannins, phenols and
secondary flavor a er two years of rest, one in stainless steel
tank and one in French oak barrels.
Our (sinthima) moto, drink our wines and don’t be afraid of
headaches.
We will also soon release our Brandy and Tsipouro.
Our winery is located in Petralona Village of Chalkidiki, home to
the famous Petralona Cave.
